With over two decades of experience, this distinguished Civil Engineer combines extensive expertise in civil engineering project management with dual qualifications in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Her career journey evolved from developing pivotal projects to her current role as Chief Executive Officer for Europe at the group. Specializing in road infrastructure, transport studies, and urban planning, she has led transformative initiatives across Spain, collaborating with public administrations to drive successful and sustainable outcomes in transport and urban development.

As Chief Executive Officer of DAIR Group for the Middle East & Africa, this PMP-certified engineer draws on over 20 years of international experience. With a background in leading major consultancies across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt, they have managed complex civil infrastructure projects, including bridges, roads, and buildings.

Their expertise in regulatory and cultural environments, combined with skills in project management, budget control, and team coordination, ensures outstanding client service and successful project outcomes.

Drawing from extensive experience in construction and civil engineering, this PMP-certified Civil Engineer has advanced from project engineer to Head of Operations at a prominent regional consultancy. Now serving as Chief Operations Officer for DAIR Group in the Middle East & Africa, they leverage their expertise in civil engineering design, project management, and construction supervision.

Their role involves managing technical teams, overseeing multi-discipline projects, assessing risks, and driving business growth through securing new clients.

With extensive experience in international architecture, including work in the GCC region, this dynamic architect specializes in architectural and interior design, BIM technology, and construction detailing. As Commercial Director for DAIR Group in the Middle East & Africa, they have successfully managed a diverse range of projects, from military facilities and mega renovations to hotels, resorts, banks, and residential buildings.

Their strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ensure successful project outcomes and high client satisfaction.

As Managing Director of SILGA, the structural division of the Group, this seasoned professional manages all aspects of the company, focusing recently on business development in the Middle East. With a career spanning over three decades at SILGA, he has transitioned from technical roles to managing partner, using his extensive background in structures and bridge engineering.

He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria, an MSc in Bridge Engineering from the University of Surrey, and a Master in Project Management from the University of Lasalle.

After a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management especialised in Finance and subsequent formation oriented to international & group financial control, our CFO carries out the management of the financial actions of the Group.

Started as a Financial Controller of several international branches focusing on Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting and now utilizes its experience to develop financial strategies for the group, serving as support and assistance for the Group’s decisions.

He holds a MSc in Civil Engineering, complemented by additional training in finance, innovation, and digital transformation. His career spans strategy, corporate development, consulting, and project management, contributing to initiatives focused on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

After starting his career as a civil engineer, he moved into corporate development and business strategy, leading organizational transformation and international expansion projects. He has worked both in consulting and on the client side, collaborating with multinational companies and engineering and consulting firms on projects carried out across Europe, India, and Saudi Arabia.
