What will this role entail?

Based in our offices in Leioa (Bizkaia, Spain), you will be involved in a wide variety of international and national civil engineering studies and projects, both in the planning and design phase and in the technical supervision of the works.

The first year of the GDP you will have the opportunity to rotate in various disciplines of civil engineering, being able to work with the most innovative software tools and methodologies in the market, such as BIM methodology.

Then, depending on the priorities and circumstances of each department, you can develop your career in one of our specialized teams, encompassing the research, design and construction aspects of one of the engineering specialties we cover.

What are we looking for?

  • Civil Engineering Degree or Master's Degree (recent graduate)
  • Good numerical and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Creative, practical, adaptable and enthusiastic
  • Methodological ability to design, plan and organize

What will you receive from us?

You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide your development within the company and undertake regular training modules throughout the program.
At the end of the GDP, and depending on your progress and needs, you will have the opportunity to continue in the team.
